"How much will my move cost?" is the first question we hear, and the honest answer is that it depends on a handful of factors. Understanding them helps you compare quotes properly and avoid hidden charges.
What drives the price
Property size and volume
A studio is a few hours of work for a small crew. A four-bedroom villa is a full day for a large team with two trucks. Volume, not just bedrooms, is what matters: a minimalist three-bedroom apartment can be cheaper to move than a packed two-bedroom.
Distance and route
Moves within the same community are quickest. Moves between emirates, for example Dubai to Abu Dhabi or Sharjah to Dubai, add travel time and are usually quoted as a fixed door-to-door price.
Access at both ends
Ground-floor villas with driveway access are simple. High-rise apartments with lift bookings, long carries from the loading bay and restricted moving hours take longer. Walk-up buildings without a lift need extra movers.
Packing and materials
Full packing with materials included costs more than a move-only service, but it is where most damage is avoided. Many customers choose full packing for the kitchen and fragile items only.
Special items
Pianos, safes, large aquariums, gym equipment and artwork need specialist handling and sometimes crating. Mention them when you request a quote.

- Give a preferred date. Weekends and month-ends are busier.
