A villa move in Dubai is a project, not an errand. Larger spaces, heavier furniture, gardens and gated-community rules all need planning. This is the process our villa movers in Dubai follow.
1. The survey
We walk through every room, the garden and any storage areas to build an inventory. This is where we spot the chandelier that needs a crate, the gazebo that needs dismantling and the wardrobe that will not fit through the new door.
2. The move plan
You receive a written plan with:
- crew size and number of trucks,
- packing days and moving day,
- special-item handling,
- community entry permits and timings,
- a fixed price.
3. Packing days
For most villas we pack over one or two days before moving day. Rooms you use least are packed first. Kitchens and bedrooms are packed last so life stays normal as long as possible.
4. Moving day
The crew loads room by room in an agreed order so the truck can be unloaded in the same order at the new villa. Furniture is blanket-wrapped and strapped, and the coordinator checks the inventory as it leaves.
5. Setup at the new villa
Beds are assembled first so you can sleep on the first night. Then wardrobes, dining and living rooms, then the garden. Boxes go into the rooms marked on the labels.
Communities we move every week
Arabian Ranches, Emirates Hills, Jumeirah, Dubai Hills Estate, Damac Hills and Palm Jumeirah are regular routes for our villa teams, and we also handle villa moves to Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah.
